The TIMTOS organizers have not authorized any third party to publish a TIMTOS "Buyer’s Guide" or any related digital promotional materials. We urge all TIMTOS 2025 exhibitors to stay vigilant against potential deception.

Any unauthorized use of the TIMTOS trademark to conduct marketing activities, solicit advertisements, or sell products constitutes a serious infringement on the rights of the TIMTOS organizers. The TIMTOS organizers reserve the right to take legal action when necessary.
