Taiwan Expo USA 2026 Returns to Dallas to Ignite the Next Chapter of U.S.-Taiwan Collaboration

Free and open to the public, Taiwan Expo USA returns to Dallas for a second year, reflecting growing investment, technology collaboration, and cultural ties between Taiwan, Texas, and the United States.

  • The 2026 Taiwan-U.S. Industry Collaboration Forum will explore trusted AI ecosystems, advanced manufacturing, and resilient supply chains.
  • Eight exhibition zones will showcase Taiwanese innovation, while Taiwan Pulse will bring Taiwan’s culture, food, and lifestyle to the Expo.
  • B2B matchmaking will connect attendees with over 100 Taiwanese suppliers; registration closes September 9.

DALLAS & TAIPEI, Taiwan — August 2026

Taiwan Expo USA 2026 returns to Dallas this September for its second consecutive year, marking another step forward in U.S.-Taiwan relations and Taiwan’s growing economic and technology ties with Texas. Free and open to the public, the three-day event will take place September 24–26 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, with registration now open for business, B2B matchmaking, and public attendees.

Building on its inaugural Dallas edition, this year’s Expo brings together leaders across business, government, technology, economic development, alongside culture and community, through three days of industry dialogue, exhibitions, networking, and public experiences. Programming includes the 2026 Taiwan-U.S. Industry Collaboration Forum, eight innovation zones spanning sectors central to the U.S.-Taiwan economic relationship, and an opening ceremony featuring cultural and artistic performances.

This year’s theme, “Ignite the Future,” reflects the Expo’s evolution from creating connections to advancing real-world collaboration. Taiwan and U.S. partners are deepening cooperation across AI, advanced manufacturing, smart energy, healthcare, mobility, and sectors shaping the future economy.

That collaboration comes amid significant growth in the broader economic relationship. Taiwan became the United States’ fourth-largest trading partner in 2025, with bilateral trade up 61.27% year over year, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. In Texas alone, Taiwanese companies have committed more than $10 billion in investment, with firms including GlobalWafers, Foxconn (Hon Hai), Wistron, Inventec, Quanta, Wiwynn, Compal, UMC, and Win Semiconductors expanding their presence in the state.

“The U.S.-Taiwan relationship is moving from opening doors to building partnerships that are driving investment, innovation, and shared growth. As cooperation deepens across AI, advanced manufacturing and resilient supply chains, Taiwan Expo USA creates a platform to turn those relationships into tangible opportunities for businesses, communities and both of our economies.”

— Mr. James C. F. Huang, Chairman of TAITRA

Industry and Healthcare Forums Advance U.S.-Taiwan Collaboration

On Thursday, September 24 (1:30–4:00 PM, Main Stage), the 2026 Taiwan-U.S. Industry Collaboration Forum: Leading an Intelligent Future will bring government leaders, business executives, and economic development organizations together to examine how Taiwan and the United States can build resilient, AI-ready supply chains and deepen industry collaboration as AI transforms manufacturing and technology investment.

The Forum will explore how to build a trusted AI ecosystem and identify strategic opportunities for U.S.-Taiwan partnership, including how companies on both sides can strengthen supply chain collaboration and translate technology relationships into new investment and deployment. It will also examine how state and regional partnerships can turn cross-border cooperation into tangible economic opportunities.

On Friday, September 25 (3:05–4:00 PM, Main Stage), the Taiwan Healthcare Forum: Precision Medicine & Healthy Living will examine how Taiwan is applying AI-assisted diagnosis, smart sensing, and digital care platforms to advance clinical precision, real-time monitoring, and proactive health management.
